Champion of Champions 2009
Allan Bennett’s zingy Pork & Marmalade Sausage did not stop at winning a Diamond Award at the recent Smithfield Awards. The judges at the annual Sausage Competition run by the MTJ, agreed with the Product Evaluation judges and awarded the sausage the coveted title of Champion of Champions!
Allan from Allan Bennetts Butchers in Codsall was also awarded Gold at the Stafford Show with the same sausage so should have no problem selling this hit sausage.
