Brian Wins MTJ Butchers Shop of the Year
At the Awards Ceremony organised by the MTJ held at Sheraton Park Lane Hotel on 17 November Fields of Anlaby beat off some stiff competition to win the coveted Butchers Shop of the Year Award. Brian Fields also won the Midlands & East of England Category for the second year in a row.
Brian said “We are absolutely delighted to have won this highly sought after award. We have worked hard since last year and it means a lot to me and my staff; I would not be able to do it on my own!”
Brian was not the only Q Guild butcher to scoop an award with Aubrey Allen picking up the Most Innovative Shop, R Turnbull & Sons winning best Butcher’s Shop in the North of England and Allan Bennett being presented with the well deserved Life Time Achievement Award for his outstanding contribution to the butchery sector.
