We offer a personal service of high quality produce, using only pure bred Scotch Beef matured for a minimum of 3 weeks. We also stock, free range and rare breed pork, saltmarsh lamb, free range and barn reared chicken and free range dry cured bacon.
All our award winning sausages are made from free range pork, on the premises. We specialise in innovative barbecue and special occasion products.
Our deli section includes free range dry cured hams, Scotch roast beef, Parma ham, pancetta, English and continental cheese. We also stock a good range of sauces and dry goods.
